A lot of people think Personal Training is for the rich and famous. However, the truth is that there is an option for all budgets. You can spend up to a hundred pounds a week, or as little as fifteen pounds a month, depending on your individual needs and disposable income.
Take a look below and you can see that if you buy a pack of ten 1 hour sessions and use one per week and follow my programming and guidance for your other training, then the cost is just twenty pounds a week for continuous guidance, nutritional analysis, testing and tracking, motivation, encouragement and a real direction to speed you to your goals!

Discounted Packs
To receive the discounted rate for packs of 5 or 10 sessions, payment must be made on or before the first session in the pack.
