Running is one of my special areas of interest. I regularly take out groups of runners, both beginners, improver's and more experienced runners. I also conduct one to one sessions with my clients, where I guide them through running style, pace, breathing and we get to grips with endurance training, speed training, hill training where it’s required.
Either way, I love running because it makes you feel good. On top of that, it does you good too and can give you the most fantastic sense of achievement. It’s also an incredibly efficient way of burning fat, so provided you’re able, it’s a win-win-win situation!
