Lots of people think that because they have a condition, they just shouldn’t exercise. However, exercise specifically designed for individuals with the conditions below have been shown to improve (in some cases dramatically) their quality of life. I am fully qualified to train and advise you if you have special requirements due to an ongoing or temporary condition like this:

- Arthritis – osteo or rheumatoid

- Osteoporosis
Of course, I am not a doctor and the advice of your GP should always be sought before commencing any exercise plan. However, once you have your GPs permission and advice, I have the knowledge to guide you through a structured training programme to improve your situation and boost what I call your 'functionality'. That’s just another way of saying your ability to deal with everyday physical demands of life more easily and boost your ability to cope with future challenges.
