I am fully qualified to help you reach your own goals for body composition. Lose bodyfat, gain muscle or both, I have the knowledge and motivation to help you get where you want to be.

I use a system of fitness training, together with meal diaries and solid nutritional advice to ensure you get the most out of your time with me. On top of that, I carry out specific testing and data collection to show progress over time:

For weight loss

Just the right combination of work and correct level of intensity to ensure the maximum fat burn during your workout. Fat oxidizes most efficiently at certain training levels. These levels differ from person to person, so I make sure you train right for YOU. I’ll also make sure you enjoy the form of exercise as we’ll decide on that after looking and trying all the options available to you. Put that together with analysis of your meal diary and advice on how to get the most out of your training and eating and you’ll be seeing the wobbly bits disappear in no time! In addition to that, I’ll take all sorts of measurements and physical data to show you how far you progress over the weeks and months.

For increased muscle mass

People think if you lift more weight you get bigger, right? Well, it requires a specific type of training put together with a right diet to gain muscle mass, ie get bigger muscles! Too often I hear people say they lift more weight and eat loads of protein because they want to get big. But there’s more to it than that.

Again I’ll show you the correct ways to train and provide the motivation you need for the hard work you need to put in. Plus we’ll study your eating plan and make sure you have the right combination of protein, carbs, fats and fluids to boost your growth, health and immune system.

For both

Here it requires some careful exercise and eating choices, but I'll do all that for you. It’ll obviously be a combination of the above, but it’s all about choosing the right combination for you, the individual.
